Dao Minh Tri

As the general secretary of the HCMC Fine Arts Association, Dao Minh Tri was not only one of the selected artists, but also a central pillar that helped to realize the H&S exhibition in 1997. His contribution of two paintings was deemed too provocative and was unfortunately withdrawn by the local authorities. Dao’s abstractions have been included in numerous exhibitions in Vietnam, as well as Russia (1983), Paris (1992), Seoul (1995) Singapore (1995), Tokyo (1996) and Manila.
